I wore these as accent earrings (second holes), because they were too small for first holes. great, simple piece of jewelryI don't think these look like the picture as far as the "brushed" part goes. Mine have deep "brush" marks. The product picture looks like a non-shiny satin brushed gold. Mine are glossy. I gave it 3 stars because they are ok.Worn everyday (including showers, pools, beach) since I bought these almost a year ago - they're still going strong and look beautiful and new! I love wearing earrings everyday but just don't have the time/patience to pick a pair everyday etc.They are pretty, but I'm confused. Why didn't they come with proper earring backs? The only things they came with are pieces of plastic for the backs. I'm not sure if this is a mistake in the order or what.The earrings are lovely, but they didn't come with functioning earring backs. They came with soft plastic caps that slide right off, and I nearly lost the pair moments after putting the earrings in. Earrings that won't say in your ears with the materials provided - that's like selling lace up shoes without laces, or a button up without buttons! I had to get my own backings... it's a shame, because I would've given 4-5 stars if the sellers cared to sell a functional, complete product. I can't in good conscience give higher than one star to a pair of earring that are missing a critical component, and I will not make future purchases Noumanda given the neglect of this basic detail.These are cute little earrings! Emphasis on "little", they are small, but perfect for some uniqueness when you can only wear stud earrings at work!The birds are beautiful and I love the brushed gold look. The backs fall off constantly and I end up losing the little birds randomly.My wife, who loves rose gold and birds, absolutely loves these. They are small, and that how studs should be. These earrings would make a wonderful gift for anyone who loves birds.
