Not sure the water bowl and mesh bowl are worthwhile, but the tower is fairly sturdy.Excellent sturdy quality and price. It looks great in my yard!!!Had an issue with the threaded screw on the center column, things like this just happen in manufacturing, it's inevitable, and they were very quick to respond to me and are sending me a full replacement straight away. Added to that, one of the best designed feeders for the price. Good company to do business with.This bird feeder is sturdy, was easy to assemble and looks beautiful in the yard. Love that it has a place for water.I love this, I can have so much going on with it, I have 3 feeders and a flower hanging basket with the water bowl and Cardinal feeder it came with!!Great qualityWas fairly easy to assemble. I didn’t need all the parts now, but I’ll be able to change the configuration in the future. The hardest part was getting it installed in my hard ground, but luckily my husband figured it out fairly quickly. I love it!Despite lower stars in some areas, this is far superior to the regular shepherds hooks I own. The plus...height and ability to hang plants in addition to feeders. No bending of metal so far. Areas needing improvement: it sways in the wind. Even with 4 prongs it is not steady in anything more than a light breeze. We live near a pond so I don't use the water feeding bowl for water, I put orange halves in for the Orioles and Finches but the placement is not optional. Once it is together, it is what it is. The small seed basket is not removable for cleaning or emptying all the cracked sunflower seed empties. Really a negative! It needs an insert or to have the metal basket sitting on a ring for easy removal and cleaning. Regarding installation, I did struggle a bit getting it together. I am 5 ft 4 inches and getting it upright and standing on it to install, beating on it with a rubber mallet, neither one got the prongs totally into the ground. The dirt was wet due to rain, so, not the reason. Just hard to install. Even my 200 lb+ husband could not get the prongs evenly flush in the ground. I will be searching for an insert for better bird seed functionality. Otherwise, I wojld likely buy it again. It is really the best we have found so far.Poorly made . The various sections do not fit together very well. I had to insert an inner support to prevent thefeeding station falling over. Shame because the design is greatNot worth the money, expected better for the high priceUtter crap. Fell apart as soon as we tried to assemble it. We will be returning this. Avoid.Was looking forward to this stand. I have Hummingbirds that needed another area. Putting this together the forks at the bottom that seat this stand in the earth fell apart in my hands. The pole in the middle where it screws the top and bottom pieces together bent when screwing them together. So really this item is cheaply made and does not work as a bird feeder stand as it will not allow you to put it together without breaking. Im just a girl this was a waste of my time and money. If I had a welder I could maybe weld the parts on the bottom that fell apart in my hand before I even thought about putting it in the ground. I dont want to give bad reviews and I did not try to send it back as I had already wasted enough of my time.The birds are happy with this feeder holder, and with the addition of a squirrel baffle purchased separately, I have been able to keep it squirrel free. However, the ground stakes are not deep enough to offer proper support and the feeder tilts or falls over easily. I had to place heavy rocks all around the base to keep it in place.The post itself and its accessories are not "heavy duty" stuff. Indeed, since the post and its base are not sturdy, you might likely find the post becoming crooked or laying on the ground after some windy weather. So I did brace/secure this bird feeder post to a 6 foot metal tree stake with stainless steel clamps. This improvement will surely extend the life and also the enjoyment of this bird feeding station.
