This was purchased as a remembrance for a friend and is quite lovely. Colors are soft, artwork is beautiful. Unfortunately, I don't know if this was a "returned" item or what BUT the gift/storage box was ripped on two sides, torn and completely useless. In addition, I have ordered many ornaments of this type and the way it was packed for delivery (plain brown envelope with no padding) was a little alarming considering these ornaments are fragile! Very, very disappointing....
